We are a holding company for a family office established in 2010.
We hold a variety of real estate and venture investments and are actively looking for investment opportunities.
In real estate, we look for bold and unusual opportunities with long-term appreciation potential. We are attracted to areas impacted by step changes in demographics, as well as fairly valued assets in traditional investment areas with lower management requirements. We are opportunistic, and entrepreneurial, and match our strategy to the available opportunities at the time, and currently or have previously owned mobile home parks, raw land, single-family home development, commercial development, RV parks, office buildings, pre-platted developments, and a variety of net lease buildings.
In venture investing, we have invested in companies ranging in pre-money valuations as low as $7mm and as high as $1B. Our focus is on talented entrepreneurs with strategies that will result in advantageous long-term positioning in the industry. We own stakes in businesses across a range of opportunities including biotech startups, established professional sports teams, emerging market financial technologies, LP stakes in promising venture funds, robotics, and more.
